Abstract
The article in the publication was created in response to the controversy on the right and good in constitutional democracy, which took place between Pavel Hollander and Jiří Přibáň website Saturday Annex newspaper People Orientation in late summer 2010. Its purpose is not so much to address the academic community, but also the general public and students of law and social sciences.
Thanks to considerable academic, professional, political and generational diversity of the contributions in it the reader can get acquainted with theoretical, philosophical, sociological, Political Science, among them linguistics views of positive and natural law, common good and constitutional democratic in society, the rule of law, lawmaking or the judge's reasoning.
