Abstract
Events for 2011 in Europe including the Czech Republic showed a severe risk of a crisis of public finances on the one hand and the threat of social peace on the other. Both the theme of social rights to be uncomfortably close and difficult task of all three branches of state power seek a reasonable balance of cost-effective financial support and adequate policy measures to reduce social tension.
In this context, we held an exit seminar tenth of constitutional law and devote his time just social rights and their place in the constitutional and international law and constitutional courts decisions about them. Exit seminar held from 31 July 6th August 2011 in Valasske Mezirici sixteen students participated in master's and doctoral program at the Charles University Law Faculty.
