Abstract
Article aims to draw attention to the question that under the current wording of Act No. 99/1963 Coll. Civil Procedure Code (CPC), there is the choice of jurisdiction under § 87, paragraph 1, letter. b) Code of Civil Procedure, in determining the territorial jurisdiction of the claim for damages.
