Advances in the development of antituberculotics acting on multidrug-resistant strains

Abstract

Treatment of MDR-TB comprises three main areas of exploration: a new substance, bringing a shortening of treatment, working with new mechanisms of action with no cross-resistance to drugs used. Another approach is a treatment of latent form and the search for new targets.
