A comparison of sub-2-microne particles with porous shell particles in UHPLC analysis of estrogen steroids

Abstrakt

Eight estrogen steroids were analyzed on four analytical columns (BEH Phenyl 1.7 um, Kinetex PFP 1.7 a 2.6 um a Ascentis Express 2.7 um). Column efficiency and back-pressure drop at various temperatures were compared.
