Complexation and biodistribution study of In-111 and Y-90 complexes of bifunctional phosphinic acid analogs of H(4)dota

Abstract

Rates of complexation of 111In and 90Y with bifunctional phosphinic acid analogs of DOTA were investigated under radiochemical conditions. Biodistributions were studied in rats.

There are no differences in behaviour of the ligands and DOTA complexes.
