Sarin assay using acetylcholinesterases and electrochemical sensor strip

Abstrakt

An electrochemical sensor strip was used for sarin assay. Three different acetylcholinesterases (AChEs) were chosen as promising recognition elements.

It was human recombinant, electric eel, and bovine erythrocytes origin.
