AKR1C3 as a potential target for the inhibitory effect of dietary flavonoids

Abstrakt

A group of dietary flavonoids were tested as potential inhibitors of AKR1C3. It was found the potent and selective inhibitor potentially usable for some hormone-dependent cancers treatment.
