Novel bisquaternary oximes - reactivation of acetylcholinesterase and butyrylcholinesterase inhibited by paraoxon

Abstract

Four novel bisquaternary aldoxime cholinesterase reactivators differing in their chemical structure were prepared and their biological activity was evaluated for their ability to reactivate acetylcholinesterase and butyrylcholinesterase inhibited by paraoxon.
