Abstract

The antifungal activity of five substituted pyrazinecarboxamides was evaluated on Candida albicans, Candida tropicalis, Candida krusei, Candida glabrata, Trichosporon asahii, Trichophyton mentagrophytes, Aspergillus fumigatus, and Absidia corymbifera using the broth microdilution test and fluconazole as a reference drug; only a moderate activity was detected for several title compounds
