Publication at Central Library of Charles University |
2010

Abstract

The tumor was located in the cecum of a 44-year-old Caucasian woman. It measured 5x3x1 cm, was centered in the muscularis propria of the ileocecal region, and protruded into the cecal lumen.

Histologically, it showed a plexiform arrangement composed of well circumscribed, but non-encapsulated nodules.
