Abstract

The tumor was incidentally found in an 82-years-old Caucasian male who underwent right-sided hemicolectomy for adenocarcinoma located in the lienal flexure. In addition to the adenocarcinoma of the large intestine, an intramural firm whitish tumor protruding into the lumen was found in the middle of the ileal part of the specimen.
