Retinoic acid-induced neural differentiation of mouse embryonal carcinoma and embryonal stem cells-a pilot study

Abstract

In both embryonal carcinoma (EC) linie P 19 and embryonic stem (ES) D3 cells, the neural differentiation after the treatment with retinoic acid )RA) was observed. Cell morphology and expression of specific molecular markers were studied.
