Mental nerve neuropathy as a manifestation of systemic malignancy

Abstract

Mental nerve neuropathy presents with paresthesias and numbness of the chin, lower lip and gingival mucosa. Except local causes it can be manifestation of systemic malignancy, mostly cancer of lung, prostate and hematological malignancies.
