Main communication barriers in LTC, how we can tackle them : Mapping the ground in the project Gerontological and organisational supervision in care homes

Abstrakt

While implementing project of Gerontological and organisational supervisoin gaps in care provision caused by communication problems have been observed. Currently, authors are conducting a series of case studies in care homes in part to examine interprofessional communication patterns necessary for quality care provision.
