Abstract

A quantum simulation model was developed and employed in this work to study the magnetism of an assumed 3d nanoparticle, which consists of an antiferromagnetic core and a ferromagnetic shell. The calculated magnetic structures, specific heat, magnetization and hysteresis curves are reasonable physically, demonstrating the correctness of the quantum model and the applicability of the simulation algorithm.
