The review evaluates comparative monographic book based on participative action research in Slovakia, Poland and Czech Republic. In the focus of the book is research on teacher profession, activities, performance and outputs.

Particulary research methodology and contribution to the pedeutology by development of teacher professiograms is appreciated. The book is recommendet to teacher, to teacher students and school politicians.
