Abstract
First January 2012 there was a fundamental conceptual change in criminal law: breach of the principle of individual criminal responsibility. Practically oriented commentary aims to clarify the meaning of the provisions of the Act and to facilitate their proper application.
Incorporates the same time as the materials prepared in the preparation of the law and the current and previously published case law. Particular attention is paid to issues which the law because of their specialties to other criminal regulations expressly addressed.
