Abstract
Free movement of workers is one of the most interesting developmentally fundamental freedoms of the internal EU market. This publication is the first scientific work that directly responds to a new situation where after 1 May 2011, the last of the labor market barriers between our country and other EU Member States.
It is based on theoretical studies from applied knowledge in the field of law-making and law and contributes to practical application at a time when there are major developmental changes also in our labor law.
