The article presents results of systematic field survey conducted in the Sherabad District in South Uzbekistan during autumn 2011. The survey was established on accomplishments of the investigation initiated one year before.
Areas surrounding several ancient settlements (tepa) surveyed during the first year were revisited, the field prospection was extended and method of total pickups was applied. Topographical maps were newly gained for the project and their accuracy was examined in terrain, particularly in the immediate vicinity of the site Jandavlattepa.
