Abstract

Post compares the legal regulation of administrative offenses and other offenses, de lege ferenda proposing changes in the time limits for the extinction of responsibility for the offense. Highlight the fundamental differences consisting in the absence of legislation, the victim, such as the procedure for administrative offenses.
