Abstract
The contribution follows the article at the proceedings from the "Topical problems in tourism conference", 2008, which analyzed risks of new trends in second home tourism - recreational apartments and "Dutch" villages. Surveys in field indicate departure from this form of tourism and facilities and explains trouble factors.
An extended way of time-sharing, which is analyses here, seems to be a possible solution for future.
