International relations are in the midst of tremendous transformation; to the distribution of political, economic and military power. This work traces such changes by looking at a wide series of indicators and seeks to explain - in a predictive manner - how the international environment will settle in the decades to come.
Certainly, such predictive work is not meant to provide a stubbornly defended "truth." Instead, this work should be read as a contribution to international relations scholarship which attempts to capture trends so that adequate policies may be advanced.
