ČSSD in Perspcitve of the Multi-stream Theory: Czech Higher Education Reforms as a Case of Interaction between Political Party and Policy

Abstract

Chapter applies the multi-stream theory to the reform of Czech higher education and focuses on the role and influence of ČSSD in development of this policy, especially in the cases of National Programme of Education Development and White Paper on Tertiary Education.
