Abstract
This paper deals with theoretical and practical correlations of "additional" savings in defence sector. Reffering to conlusion of White Paper of Defence, the autor differentiates beetween rational savings and irrational ones, i.e. false savings.
Rational savings lead us to higher economy, effectivity and usefulness. Irrational savings present non-system measures when respective "cuts" are only for appearance's sake, the savings are only for show.
In reality, in terms of long-term prospects they will bring even higher social expenditures before those "cuts" were introduced. The autor proposes severel a recomendations concerning effective saving to eliminace wasting defence sources.
