Abstract
The KLI-P questionnaire was designed to diagnose the quality of the psychosocial climate in maternity hospitals. Founders and operators of the hospitals can use it for evaluating the quality of the workplace.
Upcoming parents may the results help decide, in which hospital they want to give birth to their child. The method was standardized for the Czech Republic and allows evaluation of the actual device and credible comparison workplaces with each other.
The CD contains the questionnaire and the manual for using it.
