Abstract
Tensile strength and disintegration time of tablets from aglomerated alpha-lactose monohydrate or anhydrous beta-lactose as well as the energy profile of compression were evaluated in dependence on an addition of the lubricant magnesium stearate and microcrystalline cellulose.
