Diagnostics of the psychosocial climate in maternity hospitals - development and psychometric evaluation of the KLI-P Questionnaire

Abstract

The aim of the study is to present an original Czech questionnaire KLI-P designed to measure the psychosocial climate in maternity hospitals as reflected by the parturients. The study describes how the questionnaire was developed, details the qualitative and quantitative analyses on which it is based and provides information on its psychometric parameters.
