Abstrakt
The paper focuses on the implementation system of EU structural funds in the Czech Republic in the programming period 2004-2006. The paper analyses the shortcomings and potential risks of the system, addresses the question of access to information on the European funds, and reflects the potential political alliances in the distribution of EU funds in the country.
