Abstract

The aim of fitness training, respectively the strengthening in gymnastic sports generally, is to achieve the relatively maximum increase of the muscle strength at the minimum increase of the muscle hypertrophy. The emphasis is mainly on the functional muscle strength, whose basis consists in the joint stimulation coordination and strength.

As the load is most often used own body weight, which positively affects the ability to "carried away by my self", and effectively coordinate the movements of the body segments.
