Abstract
Future population trends significantly affect the process of demographic aging. An increasing proportion of the elderly people with unbalanced initial age structure will bring many problems across all public systems.
An exception will not be in healthcare, where the demographic aspects can significantly affect future health care costs, as well as access to health care in terms of a sufficient number of doctors chosen expertise.
