Abstract
Acceleration of Technical Infrastructure Construction Act brought, effective from October 1, 2011, inter alia, specific time-limits for filing a complaint against a decision of an administrative authority concerning building permits for trans-portation, water and power infrastructure. The Article focuses on identification of the decisions that should be filed a complaint against after October 1, 2011 in this specific regime as well as deficit of this new legal regulation.
It also answers certain useful questions related to application of this new legal regulation.
