Abstract

The article is dedicated to examining select postmodern approaches to reality and to the issues of qualitative pedagogical research. Its aim is to demonstrate, based on methods of theoretical analysis and interpretation, how the problem of constituting reality influences the concept(s) of objectivity and truth, as well as how these concerns are reflected in the research methodology employed by the pedagogical sciences.
