Abstract
Popularize article summarize the purpose of schools constituted at medical institutions. These schools run successfully in Czech Republic over fifty years.
After 1989-y the schools went under the regional administration and also overage time the children stay in hospital is shorten. That phenomenon have an impact on reduction of the schools although thousands children are hospitalized longer than national mean.
