Abstract
The paper presents author's ideas to some discussion topics concerning teachers and their preparation. (Is the teacher a hero?, are important standards of the teaching profession?; needs teacher supervision?; is teacher ready (prepared) for the education as a number of dramatic situations? etc.). At the same time presents a number of descriptions of situations which are in relation to these issues (in the form of dialogues).
This opens up the debate on the topic.
