Abstract
The methodology presented by this document forms a complete set of methodological recommendations for publishing open data by public administration of the Czech Republic. We can characterize open data as data published on the Internet.
The way of publishing does not restrict anyone in the way of using the data and allows anyone to further share the data. The only restriction is that the rights of the autor are not affected by using and sharing the data and other users must have the same rights (e.g. it is not possible to restrict using open data only for non-commercial purposes).
