Abstract
In the present paper the authors inform about possibilities of using new endoscopic technique in a sialolithiasis treatment. Much more conservative approach in managing of this disease is prefered on the basis of recent pathophysiological findings and using the new technical equipment.
Authors' experiences with this procedure, its comparison with standard diagnostic and treatment modalities and also its limitation are summarized in this article.
