Prosody of address, praise and rebuke in teachers' discourses. Preliminary study.

Abstract

The object of this monograph is prosodic characteristics of teachers discourses in dialogue within a school lesson. It deals with the contact mean (address) and with discourses with expressive communicative function praise and rebuke.

Dominant prosodic courses of these types of discourse in elementary schools with different educational programmes are compared.
