Abstract
The text Art-critique work of Jiri Padrta describes the approach, method and specificy of the art-critique work of Jiri Padrta, an important personality of the Czech art history and theory. The selection and interpretation of his texts characterize Padrta's themes, style and language and specifics of his art-critique method as well as Czech art, it's relation to the contemporary art and theory nad of course the historical and political context.
The interpreted texts were published mainly in the Czech art and culture revues and magazines.
