Principle of primacy of EU law in the theory and judicial practice

Abstract

The publication focuses on the various concepts of the primacy principle and their consequencesin the theory and judicial practice and reacts on the contemporary discussions in teh field of EU doctrine as well as in the Member States in connection with the political decisions about the transfer of further competences on the European Union.
