Abstract

Author characterizes and differs between language universals and universally used language phenomena, he characterizes them from the point of view of cognitive linguistics. Based on it, he presents fixing the concept of grammatical number and its development from primary preconcept to situation when a pupil understands all features which the concept of grammatical number represents.
