Abstract
The article deals with activities of Profesor L. Sazama, historically the second head of the Department of Dentistry in Hradec Králové, at the occasion of the 100th anniversary of his birth in 1911.
It also informs about scientific programme of the 15th Sazama's day, which was held in Hradec Králové in his honor.
