Legal certainty and the methodology of interpretation of European law

Abstract

The contribution refers to the changes in the interpretation techniques of the Court of Justice of the European Union and to the need for the stable methodology that would strengthen the legal certainty and at the same time be in conformity with the relationship between the European and national law.
