Abstract

The publication is meant for women as aid for fitness exercise and as study material for sport and PE specialists and physiotherapists too. It's necessary to accept biological and psychological specifics of women in creating fitness programs for them.

They are described at the beginnning of the book. Practical part of the book follows and it contains description of exercises suitable for women, instruction for training lesson's and whole fitness program conception and last but not least warning about frequent mistakes and exercises not suitable for women.

One chapter of the book deals with women's weight management.
