Abstract
This paper concerns with the international mediation in the Czech Republic. Initially it deals with the differentation of national, cross-border and international legal relations in relation with the EU directive and the Czech mediation act.
The main aim of paper is to find when the Czech mediation act is to apply. During this process it is indispensable to fellow respective conflict of laws rules and also specific nature of the Czech mediation act.
