Abstract
Regulation of construction removal is a very serious interference to the rights of the builder. State authorities should therefore used this order only in extreme cases.
The paper deals with the description of the institute and its practical application. In which cases in the Czech Republic is ordered removal of the structure? What impact will have a large amendment to the Building Act on the institute? How is it possible to streamline its use in the future?
