Abstract
The article describes simple tool with the integrated circuit NE555 taht can work as a flasher, buzzer or stroboscope. Thanks to simple construction on a wooden board and brass nails as soldering points the circuit is clear and can be easily modofied.
The article also explains the principle of functioning of this oscillator and derives the formula for the period of oscillations.
