Abstract
The basis of this work is a reflection on the current system, where women work in the same mode as men, despite their different biological equipment. The aim is to map the current situation and working conditions of women in the Czech Republic.
Outcome of this work are suggestions of possible variants of an objective solution - recommendations for legislative changes to the rule of law.
