Abstract

The paper deals with information asymmetry in the relationship between university teacher and her/his students. It points to the fact that the teacher is disadvantaged in this relationship.

The author presents the Czech Technical University in Prague as an example. She uses the standard surveys of student's evaluation as a source of information for mapping the social climate of the faculty as a whole.
