Abstract
Map shows the delimitation of suburban zones of Czech towns with population of more than 10 000 inhabitants in 2010 based on intensity of immigration of population from core communities and on intensity of housing construction. The typology of core towns, 3 zones of suburban communities and remaining (countryside) settlements can serve as an important analytical tool for evaluation of the settlement system.
